The Company:

Shake Up is an Indianapolis based RTD (ready to drink) cocktail brand dedicated to celebrating life’s big (and not-so-big) victories. Known for their signature Lemon Shake Up canned cocktails launched in 2022, Shake Up soon became THE drink of midwest fairs and festivals as distribution expanded to 3 states and sales exceeded 18,000 cases.

Role Summary:

As a Brand Ambassador for Hi & Mighty's Shake Up canned cocktails, you will be the face of the brand at exciting events within your assigned territory. You will play a key role in educating consumers about our delicious and innovative products, building strong relationships with retail partners, and ensuring the Shake Up brand is consistently represented with enthusiasm and professionalism.

Locations:

• Indiana — Indianapolis, NW Indiana, Lafayette, Bloomington, Evansville

• Illinois — Chicago, Chicago suburbs, Central IL

• Wisconsin — Milwaukee, Madison, Green Bay

Reports to: COO

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute, and manage a variety of brand activation events, including festivals, store tastings, and sampling events.

• Ability to merchandise, stock shelves, rotate product, and replenish displays as needed.

• Conduct both on-premise and off-premise tastings to educate consumers.

• Engage with consumers in a friendly and informative manner, educating them about the unique qualities, flavor profiles, and brand story of Shake Up cocktails.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners by providing excellent service and representing the brand with integrity.

• Ensure all event activities are conducted in accordance with brand guidelines and quality standards.

• Maintain a high level of energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism throughout all events.

• Distribute Shake Up promotional materials and manage inventory.

• Gather and report relevant event data and consumer feedback to the COO.

• Assist the sales team as needed with special events.

• Travel within the assigned market to execute events at multiple locations.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• A strong passion for the adult beverage industry, particularly spirits and cocktails.

• Highly motivated and results-driven with a proven ability to achieve sales targets.

• Self-starter with a strong entrepreneurial drive and the ability to work independently.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.

• Enthusiastic and professional brand ambassador with a keen attention to detail.

Key Requirements:

• 21 years of age or older.

• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and stand for long periods of time.

• Current employee server’s permit (or willingness to apply).

• Prior experience in sales, marketing, or the adult beverage industry (preferred).

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Compensation:

• Base: $20 per hour

• Bonus per event:

  • $5 merchandising bonus

  • $10 bonus will be paid out when a minimum of 2 cases (12 units) of Shake Up are sold at the assigned location.

  • An additional $10 bonus will be paid for each additional case sold (6 units).
